Rıza Ferhan Çağırgan

Rıza Ferhan ÇAĞIRGAN graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 2003. After gaining experience at several prominent patent and law firms, he established Çağırgan Law Firm and Çağırgan Intellectual Property Services Ltd. Co. in 2014.

As both a Trademark & Patent Attorney registered with the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office and a licensed lawyer with the Istanbul Bar Association, he has been advising and representing numerous domestic and international clients for over 20 years, specializing in intellectual and industrial property rights.

Throughout his career, he has actively participated in various professional organizations including AIPPI, INTA, FICPI, MARQUES, and ECTA, contributing to their committees in various roles.

He served for many years as a board member of AIPPI Turkey, later taking on the role of vice president, and finally as the president from 2018 to 2021.
