Participants can pay their registration fees via credit card, bank transfer, or EFT.
Participants can log into the registration system, enter the required personal information, and select the services they wish to purchase. Upon clicking the “Pay with Credit Card” button on the payment page, a payment link for credit card transactions will be provided to them via organization@ultraturizm.com.tr.
Confirmation for registration, accommodation, and all other purchases will be sent once the corresponding payment is credited to the seminar’s bank account. All bank transfer/EFT fees and similar expenses are the responsibility of the participants. Any underpayments credited to the seminar account will be recorded as a balance in the participant’s account, and badge delivery will only take place after the payment is completed.
In the notes section of bank transfer or EFT transactions, participants must include their "REGISTRATION NUMBER".

For cancellations made after 23:59 on March 20, 2025, 50% of the paid fee will be refunded.
For cancellations made after 23:59 on March 31, 2025, no refunds will be issued.
All refunds due to registration cancellations will be processed within 30 days following the conclusion of the event.
