Mine Güner graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Law in 2008 and has been actively working in the field of intellectual property law since 2009. She is a lawyer registered with the Istanbul Bar Association and a trademark and patent attorney registered with the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office.

On January 1, 2023, she joined Kenaroğlu Law Firm as a partner attorney. Prior to that, she worked for 11 years at the Turkey office of a globally renowned international law firm, where she served as the head of the intellectual property law department and a partner attorney.

Throughout her career, she has provided legal consultancy to leading national and international companies from various industries on all aspects of the intellectual property rights lifecycle, including dispute resolution. Her primary areas of expertise within intellectual property law include trademarks, domain names, copyrights, and design rights, while she specializes in sectors such as consumer products, fashion and retail, e-commerce, media, and pharmaceuticals.
