European Patent Attorney, Founder, Cabinet Lionel Vial

Lionel VIAL entered the patent attorney profession in 2002. He practiced in several Paris-based IP law firms before founding his firm in 2014.

Qualified as a French and European patent attorney, as well as a UPC representative, Lionel holds a PhD in biochemistry and molecular biology.

Lionel has been actively engaged in patent oppositions, both before the European patent office (EPO) and the French patent office (INPI).
