Hülya ÇAYLI

Hülya ÇAYLI is a graduate of Gazi University holding a degree in Chemical Engineering. After completing her education, she worked for TURKPATENT as a Head of Patent Department. Hülya ÇAYLI left TURKPATENT in 2000 and became the co-founder of PARAGON CONSULTANCY & TRADE INC.

She obtained the Certificate in “Patent Litigation in Europe” from CEIPI, Strasbourg University and is a registered representative before the Unified Patent Court.

She is a Council Member of the EPI, Board Member of FICPI national group and a member of AIPPI.
