Fethi Merdivan

Retired IP Court Judge-Founder, Novus Alıca

He served as a judge at the Ankara 2nd Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights Court between 2003 and 2015. He is currently practicing as an independent attorney, registered with the Ankara Bar Association. He continues his professional activities under Novus Patent and Novus Law. He is the co-author of the two-volume (3,048 pages) work titled "Interpretation of the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works," first published in 2013. He has published numerous articles on Intellectual Property Law.
