Associate Legal Officer, Internet Dispute Resolution Section | WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center

Banu Eylül Yalçın is an Associate Legal Officer at the Internet Dispute Resolution Section of the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center. Within this capacity, she is a member of the team providing policy advice to ccTLDs on domain name disputes and provides input in the assignment and supervision of legal case managers’ work handling thousands of UDPR cases annually.

Before joining WIPO, Eylül honed her legal skills at leading law firms in Turkey. She holds a law degree from Ankara University and a master’s degree in intellectual property law from the WIPO Academy Joint Master’s Program.  She is also a qualified trademark attorney.
