As AIPPI Turkey, we are pleased to announce that our 6th Sertaç Köksaldı Intellectual Property Law Seminar will be held on April 3rd-4th, 2025, at İstanbul Deniz Müzesi, Istanbul.
Our seminar on intellectual property law, which has now become a tradition following five successful international seminars in previous years, holds great significance for our organization. It aims to create a rich and comprehensive platform covering various topics in the field of intellectual and industrial property, with the participation and contributions of judges, academics, lawyers, patent and trademark attorneys, as well as right holders—who are the keystones of the system. This seminar serves to promote the development of intellectual and industrial property rights.
With this purpose in mind, we have once again prepared a content-rich program that addresses and facilitates discussions on a wide range of carefully selected topics from Turkish and international law. These topics will be examined in light of legislative regulations, case law, and academic doctrine. Additionally, the program will cover subjects related to the protection and enforcement of industrial property rights, incorporating the impact of current global developments on intellectual property law.
We look forward to welcoming everyone who wishes to expand their knowledge in intellectual property law and contribute to this field with their valuable opinions and suggestions.
